01 · How it works

A free check. A paid plan. Your right next step.

Three steps, low friction. The free readiness check gives you the directional read. The Workshop turns it into a specific, prioritised plan. Then you pick the path that fits, and we put the recommendation in writing.

AI Value Workshop

About three senior consulting days. A ranked AI opportunity map for your ERP, a build, buy or wait call on each item, a 90-day quick win, and a written next step.

On enquiry step 3a

Custom agent build

When the Workshop finds a specific, repeatable workflow worth automating. Scoped per engagement, built on the same platform we run for ongoing tenants.

Subscription step 3b

Platform pilot

When the Workshop finds multi-agent value worth a longer commitment. Per-user ERP permissions, Sydney-hosted compute and database, and a person approving every change. In beta, with agents live on Sage Intacct and SAP Business One.

02 · What you get

A prioritised roadmap you can act on.

The Workshop is productised, so it lands the same way every time and you know what you are buying. This is the exact shape of the deliverable.

The deliverable

Five things, in your hands at the end of week two

  • 1
Five to eight ranked AI use cases mapped to your actual workflows in Sage Intacct, MYOB Acumatica or SAP Business One. We work through your chart of accounts, your team’s day to day and your existing pain points, not a generic list of ten ways AI helps finance.
  • 2
A build, buy or wait call on each, including which workflows your ERP’s own AI already covers, or will given the vendor roadmap, and which would genuinely benefit from a custom agent or a platform pilot.
  • 3
Data and permission readiness flags. An honest read on what your data quality and your user-permission model say about agent feasibility today, against ninety days from now. The gating issues surface before they bite.
  • 4
A 90-day quick win. One focused thing to do next, with a success criterion you can show the board in three months.
  • 5
A one-page board-ready summary. The executive read, ready to share with the CFO, CEO, audit committee or an external advisor without rewriting.
  • And the routing. The deliverable names your next step in writing: custom build, platform pilot, ride the native tooling while we advise, or not yet. The routing is what you paid for, so nothing is attached to it.
Format
  • About three senior consulting days
  • Scheduled around your team
  • Remote-led, video and shared docs
  • One optional on-site or CFO session
  • A structured workbook, specific to your ERP
Who delivers it

A senior Leverage Technologies consultant who already knows your ERP. They have implemented it, supported it and seen the day to day across finance teams in the ANZ mid-market. They are not learning your industry on your budget.

Who it’s for

Finance and operations leaders running Sage Intacct, MYOB Acumatica or SAP Business One. A CFO, financial controller or IT lead usually starts it. The Workshop then folds in the right operational people from your team.

03 · By ERP

Your answer depends on your ERP, your data and the AI you already run.

What good looks like is different in every account: how ready your data is, which AI tools your team already uses, and how much your ERP vendor now does natively. The conversation starts from those three, then gets specific about your own workflows.

Sage Intacct cloud

Sage has shipped a lot. We will tell you what to use, what to add and what to wait on.

Sage’s R2 release shipped Agent Builder, an AI Gateway, a native Intacct MCP server and a Finance Intelligence agent. That changes the build, buy or wait answer for a lot of finance workflows. The Workshop maps which of your workflows the native tooling now covers, which need a custom agent, and which to ride Sage on, so you do not pay twice.

We help you adopt the native tooling well, then layer on the niche agents Sage is not going to build.
MYOB Acumatica cloud

Where AI genuinely helps your Australian compliance work.

Acumatica is cloud-first with strong REST coverage. Australian finance work is where the nearest-term value sits: BAS, GST, PAYG and the local chart-of-accounts conventions. The Workshop maps the workflows AI genuinely shortens and identifies the candidates for a bespoke build.

On Acumatica we lead with advisory and custom builds. The Levcore platform is not live on Acumatica.
SAP Business One live connector

Most AI vendors will not touch B1. We have posted a human-approved order on real data.

SAP Business One has no native AI of its own, and most vendors will not invest in it at ANZ scale, because a large share of B1 sites run on-premise or in a private host. The Workshop shows what is possible on your own SAP Business One data today with our live connector, and maps what comes next if a fully on-premise story matters to you.

This is where the Workshop most often points at a platform pilot, because there is no native alternative to ride.
04 · Our engagements

Five ways to work with us.

Where you start depends on how far along you are. All of these are scoped and quoted per engagement, so the shape fits your business rather than a package.
